Absolutely! Sessions are fully adaptable to your preferences and needs. You can specify your needs, service preferences, pressure level, focus areas, specific oils and music preference.

Make sure there’s enough space for a massage table (about 2x3m) with room to move around

During your appointment

Your therapist will ask where you’d like them to set up

They’ll step out of the room while you get comfortable and give you full privacy

All services are strictly professional and non-sexual – underwear should remain on at all times

Yes, all our therapists are certified, professionally trained and carefully selected. They specialise in various massage techniques and deliver personalised, effective treatments.

Every body responds differently after treatment. It’s normal to feel a little sore after, but this usually settles within three days. Your therapist might also give you personalised advice, so always stick to this first.

Yes! If you’d like to switch your service or therapist, the easiest way is to cancel your existing booking and rebook through the site or just text or call us.

Fees may apply

If you make changes within 24 hours of your appointment, we’ may charge you a fee to cover the therapist’s time.

You’ll need to be 18 or over to book.

However, if a booking is made for someone under 18, just tell us and we will confirm with the therapist if we are able to go ahead with the booking.

Your therapist will arrive at your scheduled booking time, and may sometimes come a few minutes early to set up.

If they’re running late, we’ll let you know directly from our customer support team.

Life happens, let us know as soon as possible. If you’re delayed, send us a quick message or call us. Don’t worry

Your session might be shorter just if our therapist has other apointments booked afterwards but they will do their best to give you as much of your treatment as possible and extend past your original end time.

If you can’t make it or you’re running really late, please tell us as soon as possible to cancel your booking so your therapist isn’t left waiting and can get to their next client.

Our cancellation policy still applies

If you miss your booking or need to reschedule because of lateness, the full cost of the session will be charged. This helps protect your therapist’s time.

Tipping’s optional

There’s no expectation – it’s completely up to you.

Yes! As long as the therapist is available, you can extend your session either before it starts or while it’s happening.

You might get the option to add extra time when you check your upcoming booking. This depends on your therapist’s availability.

Don’t want the treatment to end?

Just ask the therapist if is free to stay longer – either 30 or 60 minutes. If they can, they’ll take care of the rest and update the booking with us after.

You’ll be charged for the extra time

Any added time will be charged using the same payment method you used to book. Prices follow our usual treatment rates.
