You can do it comfortably through our website in your reserved area, with no cost, until 2 hours before the start of the appointment. However, if the cancellation occurs until 2h before, the client will be charged 50% of the total value of the service. If it occurs after this period, that is, in the 2 hours immediately prior to the provision of the service, the entire service will be charged. However, if in the immediately preceding 2 hours there are circumstances directly attributable to MySelfCare that call into question the quality of the service, the customer can cancel without cost.
