Cancellation Policy / Politica Cancelamento
You can do it comfortably through our website in your reserved area. If the cancellation occurs until 48h before, the client will be charged 50% of the total value of the service. If it occurs after this period, that is, in the 24 hours immediately prior to the provision of the service, the entire service will be charged. However, if there are circumstances directly attributable to MySelfCare that call into question the quality of the service, the customer can cancel without cost.
